The highest point of the wall that goes from one side to the other of a hill called Kohi Sher Dar Waza in central Kabul, Afghanistan. The wall was built in the Moghul era and is a popular walk for foreign workers in Kabul. The hill has been de-mined for 3 metres either side of the wall - mostly!
